Key Responsibilities: Leading property operations management efforts for their company’s development projects.
Job Requirements: The job requires the development of strategies and strategic objectives, establishment of property management and maintenance standards and implementation, development and execution of an annual business plan, negotiation of property management contracts in coordination with the procurement and administration division and the legal advisors, identification and evaluation of property management opportunities and risks and management of end- user customer relationships and other related tasks.
Qualifications: The candidate should demonstrate 10 – 15 years of experience in a senior management role with strong exposure to all aspects of commercial and retail property maintenance and management (locally and internationally). Strong communication skills and fluent English are pre-requisites and Arabic is an added advantage. Demonstration of strong qualitative and quantitative analytical ability is expected. This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
