Client is a global engineering/construction consulting firm with twenty-one offices headquartered in Marlton, New Jersey has an opening for a Technical Manager for Business Development in Dubai, UAE. Client provides Program Management Oversight, Construction Management, Project Management, Claims Management and Staff Augmentation to both the private and public sector.

Individual will be responsible for the technical composition of business development proposals in the Middle East.

Qualifications:

University Degree in civil engineering or related degree/experience
5-10 years overall experience
Excellent computer skills
Fluency in English is a must
