We are seeking individuals that can relocate immediately with experience in commercial projects to work in a variety of projects such as marinas, hotels and the Palm Island in Dubai, UAE.

The responsibilities will include preparing preliminary cost estimates for projects in the planning phase; preparing engineers' estimates based on plans and specifications; reviewing estimates prepared by consultants, reviewing change order costs, and keeping current on market conditions and construction industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS
Construction experience.
Engineering analysis and cost estimating software knowledge.
Must have solid written and oral communication skills.
Middle East experience preferred


Required Skills: Minimum of five yrs of cost / estimating experience and a four year degree
