Client provides Program Management Oversight, Construction Management, Project Management, Claims Management and Staff Augmentation to both the private and public sector.


Qualifications

University degree in Law

15years professional experience

The ideal candidate should have construction claims experience, dispute resolution, knowledge of FIDIC forms of contract.
Experience in the in the Middle East and/or knowledge of UAE law would be an additional asset.
