Job Requirements: To lead and direct all aspects of mixed use development starting with market research, concept development to completion of feasibility studies, including master plans and early phases of design.

Key Responsibilities: The Executive Planning and Development Director will be responsible to lead concept development and presentation of creative ideas to the Executive management team and Board of Directors. The Executive Planning and Development Director will be responsible to lead market research to identify new real estate investment opportunities to maximize investment potentials for the company including identification of risks, economic evaluation, develop options for selling/renting/leasing, and usage go/no-go decision criteria. The Executive Planning and Development Director will also be responsible to evaluate commercial and technical feasibility at early stages and will be responsible to liaise with Sales and Marketing to identify and negotiate potential local, regional, and global real estate investment opportunities.

Qualifications: Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience in real estate development, preferably in residential real estate. Retail and leisure real estate experience is a plus. Demonstrable achievements/recognition in international real estate development projects is a must. Candidates should have a proven track record in leading the development including negotiations and realization of a major residential real estate project. Candidate must have strong management and interpersonal skills, including presentation and communications skills. Possess the skills to effectively work with and whenever necessary to liaise with all Executive Team members to ensure effective communications related to real estate developments. Professional qualification in Engineering/Master Planning and/or finance is a requirement. Arabian Gulf experience, cultural awareness and understanding are an added advantage. This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
