Key Responsibilities: Creating imaginative proposals for various real estate developments requiring preliminary and advanced master planning and feasibility assessment.

Job Requirements: the work involves close coordination and liaison with other team leaders in the group and externally such as architects, financial analysts, civil-infrastructure engineers, agency representatives, and other consultants.

Qualifications: The candidate is expected to be a qualified urban planner or architect with at least 10 years of planning team leader experience in real estate and urban development planning, 5 years of which should be experience in the Gulf region. Knowledge of local (UAE) conditions, limitations, and restrictions is required. Knowledge of urban and real estate master planning doctrine (internationally acceptable rules, regulations, standards, and codes, etc.) is the main prerequisite with equal emphasis on the technical and feasibility dimensions of planning. Professional licensing of acceptable stature in the field of urban planning and/or real estate development master planning is preferable. This position will report to the Executive Director – Planning and Development.
